Spring is here!
I'm grateful for the warmth of the sun, the longer days, and listening to the birds chirping. I'm starting to make some of my favorite spring side salads. Two of them are my carrot pineapple raisin salad and my waldorf salad (apples, celery, and walnuts). What are your favorite side salads?
In March, I started teaching my Saturday cooking classes for kids ages 7-14. I may start a class for 5-6 year olds if I have enough interest.
